Wistoria: Wand and Sword Reviews

Amazing Anime,
Through hard work and determination he managed to get as strong as those that can use magic, even though he is surrounded by magical Prodigy's he doesn't let it get in his way to his dream but instead he pushes forward more and more.

In a beautifuly animated world where magic stands on top of everything, we find Will in a magic academy with one and only dream to reach the top of the tower to complete his promise. The only problem is he can't use magic, he only fights with his sword.
Chef's kiss anime fr.

7/10

The first three episodes were great, everything after felt kind of stale

I read it all. The animation mostly does justice to the characters and their take on magic.

Amazing anime, very beautiful story and animation

I feel like this is one of the most underrated shows out…mostly bc it is another underdog without magic blah blah I get it..but man the energy and animation and backstory is so fun. I think this has a great future if they do it right

S1 - 8/10

Wow this was really good it definitely exceeded my expectations. The character designs are all really great especially for the magia vander. The power system is good too, and the worldbuilding we see from stuff like the tower, the dungeon, and the sky spell. I’m excited for future seasons and hope we see more of the plot and more clarification on wis and exactly how wills powers work. My only complaint really is the way they both infantilize and sexualize elfies character for fan service is disgusting. She is one of the strongest mages in their world but act like whiny child and it’s so hard to watch. Also the fact that there was not one but TWO almost unconsensual kisses is insane and really weird, there’s no need for that. Don’t get me wrong tho I’d love a romance between will and on of the other characters like Colette or Elfie but the way they’re going about it is kinda rubbing me the wrong way tbh. Besides that it was great tho, especially the attack on the city, and their praxis exam specifically had me hooked to my screen, so good.

It was fun

The starting was great but then it quickly became very very boring
It is a cheap knockoff of black clover, it feels soo repetitive and copying every plot twist, very annoying, it had its few ups and a lot a downs, I might just not watch the next season

Peak!!

Loved the animation and story
