Wind Breaker delivers great art and action but is held back by an overly idealistic, conflict-resolution-driven storyline. Unlike Tokyo Revengers, which balanced action with compelling drama, it lacks narrative weight. Hopefully, future chapters refine its storytelling.

I saw the show pop up on my feed one day and I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t expecting to much but I found myself enjoying it quite a lot.

Though I wish there was a little more, since it felt like it stopped at a weird time, I did enjoy what was there.

Overall. 7/10

If you're looking for an action-packed anime with surprisingly well-developed characters and a strong sense of camaraderie, then Wind Breaker is definitely worth checking out.
