Violet Evergarden

I knew it was gonna be sad but I didn’t know it was gonna put me into a FULL BLOWN EPISODE. I’m talking tears,snot and all the above. This anime is not for the weak at all.

The animation is beautiful and the storyline is great!! This is my favorite anime!!

Loved this anime! Such a sad but wholesome story. Really nice plot writing and tense moments. I really loved how each episode showed a persons life and also Violet developing emotions for the first time. I also loved that by the end, she got what she wanted from the start. 10/10

One of the best pieces of media I've ever watched. It's a truly heartbreaking yet beautiful story, with a lot of realism. the friendships, the love story, the internal and external struggles Violet goes through were portrayed exceptionally well, and made a huge impact on my life.

I didn’t cry as much as everyone kept saying I would but definitely still pulled at the heartstrings

Animation is beautiful and some episodes made me cry but I couldn't really connect to the characters well. I didn't find it so interesting.
