The last season was a boring political viking mini series, I didn’t like it.

After watching Vikings, I was eagerly excited to get this show underway; I wanted to see more large scale combat, vikings exploration, and political opponents head butting each other. Thats exactly what I got, but it wasn’t enough. I felt the characters couldn’t deliver the same magnitude of a performance, narratively speaking, as the original series. However, the setting(s) and unique storytelling make this show quite enjoyable.
