The show went on a bit too long, but for the first five seasons, this was and is comedy gold.

I'm so mad at that finale but I have to appreciate the countless episodes of purely exhilarating entertainment. The seasons get better as you go on. It starts unfunny but the storytelling and character chemistry had my vote. The humour takes after politics, you don't know if it's good or bad and can't keep up, especially if the pacing is as fast as it is in this. Put your trust into it and you'll very quickly understand how politics really work. It's terrifying, timeless and unbelievable. Each scenario and problem discussed or dismissed, continues to go on today. Selina and the gang bring light to the dark but it also makes the dark dangerously more obvious.

Want to like this for Julia and Toby hale, but after several attempts and finally getting through season 1- it’s not for me 😢

really loved this show from season 1 till last season , i could say a lot of good things about this , the writers went crazy in this show , the acting is perfect through out the whole show , love the straight reflection to today ’s politics inside and out , highly recommend

Really great background show, a kin to the office. You can tune in and out throughout the show. But written so intelligently. The jokes are hilarious even with no love of politics. JLD is amazing as well as the cast.

Season 6 struggles with the cast separated…but recovers for season 7 and ends with a earned finale

very smart and hilarious dialogue and some of the best written comedy characters i’ve seen in a sitcom - kept getting funnier and JLD was really the star of the show - the commentary this show makes on DC and politics as a whole is very pertinent especially in today’s climate
