Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair

i have seen none of the original show and i have questions. did i just watch a man get gaslighted into believing that distancing himself from his family in an attempt to be a better person was selfish and he shouldnt be allowed to keep doing this because his mom *checks notes* ...misses him?

reese deserved better, a decent restaurant or something. happy for francis who managed to have a good life overall, kelly was lucky that lois was tired of raising kids and wasn’t around the boys, i did hope malcolm was. senator or something big, stevie no comment, idk

I liked it even though it's not better than the first season
