wtf did I just watch?? I’m torn between 😐 and 👍🏼

The acting wasn’t terrible. The storyline wasn’t terrible. But THE FAKE ACCENTS MADE ME WANT TO TURN IT OFF THE ENTIRE TIME. I don’t understand what the purpose was of having an entire cast pretend to be from a specific location if not a single one of em do the accent throughout the 6 episodes. Either find people that can, or just don’t have them do it. Hello?? That’s literally my only complaint with this series. Other than that, it really wasn’t a terrible limited series. 6/10

Would have been better with an a better cryptid. Giant squid is such a cop out

Came into this thinking it was a horror movie, but it turned out to be more Sci Fi really. It was good tho, and the play on music and accents gives you a little bit of a Fargo type feel.

there's a lot of unanswered questions. it started as some sort of disease or smth, and they just got better? i thought it will be some kind of mystical old fisherman legend or closer to that.
she's just trying to protect her children - i didn't expect it.

why did they end it like that. let’s just have shows have 1 good season. please don’t make a second

I love Josh Hartnett, but I was hoping for a little more from Below. For a creature feature, I wanted more scares and more creature action. It left me wanting more.

The inconsistent accents were mad distracting and hard not to notice. I got to the second episode and I paid more attention to the dialogue to notice the pattern of accent tennis between Irish and whatever that was…but it was a pretty good show overall

It wasn't as much of a thriller as they advertised it to be, but I loved the plot and the end, even if it was a bit fast paced

Great miniseries set in a unique location

Oh where to begin. It’s meh/like. Biggest issue for me was plausibility. As a diver he should not have made it in that scene. That said I did enjoy the premise, inconsistent accents aside. 🤦‍♀️
