This was a stunningly told story. The actors were all perfect for their given roles. On top of that, it was beautiful to watch. Every shot was like a painting. Amazing.

(Also, Cory Micheal Smith, who I initially watched for, wore a lot of suits. Loved that, too.😉🫶🏻)

Took me forever to get thru but loved. Great set design. Loved the way it was filmed. Relevant story about immigration- interesting how the same beliefs from 80 years ago can be seen today, sadly.

It was alright, just some scenes felt cliche and some acting felt forced. But the story was good and the language dialogue was very well done.

did i cry? yes and i loved the costumes and the scenery. did i suspect that women were very involved in the creative process? yes and i was right

Very very good but I really just wanted it to end well for the main couples so I kinda spent the last few episodes dreading the fact that I knew it wouldn’t.

I only got through the first episode. It felt more like a soap opera, rather than a serious exploration of a unique period in history.

Fantastic! I loved the story telling; it felt current while still being events in history. I would watch this again and again just to rennet how things unfolded :))
