Season 3 looked like it was produced/directed differently than the first two seasons. My love for the Witcher will probably end with Cavill, he carries this show on his back.

This had all the potential to be one of my favourite shows of all time, but of course, Netflix fumbled it completely. I can understand why Henry dropped out, and I've not even read the books. I'm pro-source material all day, every day, although I can excuse and understand inaccuracies if they aren't illogical, cheap, repetitive, and weak… Overall, the casting is great, and as confusing as it might be, so is the story. Unfortunately, the direction is very sideways with painful choices and hollow meaning, which is a shame since the production seems expensive. Some blame 'woke', but The Witcher at its core has always been 'woke', so I blame poor effort, surface-level writing and an overall lack of style or sense. S1>S2>S4>S3.
