Negative reviews of this sci-fi show are largely posted by men who have a pattern of complaining about women in power. The show is cleverly written with immersive performances, building up to powerful moments that are not forced or rushed. This show is well worth your time.

Anyone saying this is bad must not have watched the same show as me. It’s suspenseful, emotional, and in my eyes accurate to what would happen in this situation. So so good. As someone who hasn’t read the book(s?) I still HIGHLY recommend this show.

This was so good! The acting is amazing and the writing is so real. They tell easily tell multiple stories from women around the world. I wish this got more hype bc it was it was interesting the whole way through!!

A real feminist piece of work that has lots of real-world metaphors for what it’s like being a woman and having to survive. A little haphazard in its storytelling (couldn’t get invested in certain characters) but would definitely tune into a season 2.

I made it three episodes in but am calling it quits. The show just lacks intrigue and interest. I love Toni but she’s underutilized here—the show mainly focusing on a group that all receive the same power. Watch S1 of Heroes or even Misfits for a better show in the same vibe.

Kinda thought provoking and Interesting concept. Wish it wasn’t canceled would have loved to see how everything played out.They had to much lead up that the show didn’t amount to much until the last 2 minutes of two of the characters meeting. But still very interesting

Loved this series, but loved the book MORE!

Really cool subject matter. A little heavy-handed. more subtly & a darker tone would have made it perfect. It deserved more seasons.

It would be nice to be able to go for a walk at night and not have to worry about things I liked the idea of the whole series

Multi season show with one season. Would have been ok to go in with, underlying message was positive and strong. I was interested to see where they were going to go with it as the idea was very thought provoking. Unfortunately cancelled. No standout performance. Just ok 6/10

Solid show. Like the social part of the series and it has a great message with great plot and it really looks at the cool aspects of the concept. Real unique and really good and everything is solid
