An outstanding Netflix series for GOT fans. If you’re a fan of Norsemen, lack of dental hygiene, incest, and beheadings, this is the show for you.

I think that this is a really underrated tv show.

Takes a while to get going but when it does, nothing short of perfect. This show bleeds emotion and you feel as if you are right there with the characters. Great action, plot twists, and stunning locations. Uthred is GOAT. 4.9/5

Best historical fiction series ever. Books rock and the series does a good job taking from the books. So much so that the author dedicated the last book in the series to the actor that plays Uhtred. Now that’s cool!

I was wondering why I was getting nostalgia from my history for time travellers lecture, and it’s bc I watched this like a year ago?? I’m literally a history weapon 🙄

Uhtred isn't just a fictional character based on history, he is a role model every man, brother, father, son and husband should look up to. A man who had faith and courage to keep moving forward even when everything was crumbling and falling apart. DESTINY IS ALL! ❤️‍🔥

The best show 🔥👑

I started this series again for Ewan Mitchell because I did not really like the character of Unthread at first and had stopped mid season one but this series is so good!! A lot of action and surprisingly funny sometimes (but not heavy-handed!). Characters and plot are amazing!

Phenomenal watch.

The cinematography was great and the characters well written but it seemed to drag on for a while after the initial thrill of the plot was over. 6/10

Was bored the first season, I just put it on in the background, but as the show proceeded I locked in & was SO intrigued

I was skeptical to commit to this bc I thought it was a Vikings knock off- i was wrong.
