This is one of my favorite series of all time, the way it depicts the way woman are treated and the fucked up patriarchy that we live in. Everyday feels like we’re getting closer and closer to a life like this in america and it’s terrifying.

Idk it’s hard to watch, and I was told “it’s a true story political story of a Trump appointee” …I like Trump so I’m out if it’s some sort of attempt to bash Trump or constitutional conservatives in any way shape or form!!!

THE BEST SHOW EVER! Phenomenal! The first day I binged watched it I literally watched for 14 hrs straight.

okay, lemme preface this with the fact that i am a raging feminist. however, i think that the overwhelmingly white cast (and i’m talking about the actors that were handmaids) was off-putting. after the first 2 seasons (which were good!) i became bored and tired with the actors.

Not enough characters to describe how much I hate June as a character. She starts to decline season 2 end and just continues through season 3, 4, & 5 . Love all the side characters and the acting though It’s fenomenal. Although too many close ups of faces that last way too long.

Definitely one of my favorite shows of all time. This show has the ability to make you gravitate towards their characters whether that’s to hate or to love them. It’s very scary to think if the world every came anything close to what’s happening here within our very own socitey.

I like the story, but Elizabeth Moss is a Scientologist so it kinda ruins it for me.

This has to be one of my favourite shows ever. Even after reading the books, this is one of those shows that does not disappoint. The absurdity, the cruelty and the acting - 100%. Just know, it’ll bring a sort of sadness and eerie feeling around you, would still 200% recommend.

I get the route they were going with and it is absolutely impactful and powerful. But it just avoids any perspective from BIPOC people.

Great character development. Issues of manipulation of religion,revenge,justice and forgiveness dealt with in a sophisticated way.

Really enjoyed this show, I think the earlier seasons are stronger but the later ones are still decent. Im okay with how it semi wrapped up, knowing that there is another connected series, as well as adds an element of reality where not everything is completely solved/fixed

Love, love, LOVE this show. From start to finish it was immaculate. The acting, the writing, the story, the characters, everything was 🤌 if you’re a woman-this show is a must watch. So sad it’s over. I have never been so emotionally invested in a show. 100/10

Think the whole series is overrated. I just don’t buy or get exited by it.

I started watching it without knowing it’s a full 6 seasons, wasn’t willing to watch long series but i loved the first two episodes.

Good show but it can get a bit repetitive sometimes. She escapes and gets captured and escapes and gets captured. I just learned not to trust if something good is happening. 😂

The first season follows the book seamlessly and then you can see where the creators chose to take the story. It gets a little slower at times as they try to develop characters, plot, setting, etc but there’s so much to love. I’ve never had a show worry me more about our future.

Most intense and amazing show. Praise be.
