I liked the documentary better.

Should have been done in 3-4 episodes tops. Very uninteresting outside of the facts (which make this a meh vs. a flat out dislike). Also - she crazy!

I like that they touched on controversial stuff like how SSRIs work and how medical conditions can exacerbate people prone to obsessive behaviors. The main girl annoyed me a bit but she played her character well. A well thought out story line.

I never seen the documentary but I knew she was guilty from the first episode. Were they really in a relationship? I get she didn’t take him serious so that’s why she told him what he wanted to hear but why she didn’t just reach out to his mom or his friend?

This is based off of the true story of Michelle Carter. A woman who encourages suicide via texts messages.

A little long winded but a good depiction of the events. They did a great job humanizing Carter (she wasn’t pure evil) although they didn’t show the extent to how much pressure she was putting on him at the end. I hated the way they showed the texting…ugh, make it more legible!
