I really enjoyed watching this show and it felt weird knowing all the places they filmed at. And I think this is a very realistic and normal depiction of the city I live in. Don’t expect a deep story or any real character progression and you’re good, season 4 sadly sucked a bit.

Eine der besten (deutschen) Serien, vor allem die ersten Staffeln! Die letzte Staffel ist dann leider nicht mehr soo gut, aber sonst - wunderbar!

Die Discounter ist deutsche Mockumentary in Reinform neben Stromberg. Peinlich, treffsicher, absurd nah am Alltag. Die Figuren sind Karikaturen und trotzdem glaubwürdig. Man lacht oft und schämt sich dabei ein bisschen. Genau deshalb funktioniert die Serie so gut.

First two seasons are peak comedy. Love them. I guess they should have stopped there.

Hat mir besser gefallen als beim ersten Mal aber trotzdem nur eher gut als Lückenfüller. Manche Folgen sind echt unterhaltsam aber insgesamt gibt es mir zu wenig Entwicklung.

A bit like the office but in a supermarket. Super fun little (low budget) series. Doesn’t try to prove anything. Just an authentic series about hilarious random moments in a supermarket. A true gem if you like dry humor
