The Crown Reviews

started watching in anticipation of the harry/meghan season, now feeling weirdly sympathetic towards the colonizers

Couldn’t get into this show sadly.

Such incredible television. The acting, the sets, the music. All of it. A+.

One of of best Netflix serie ever. I really discovered more about Queen Elizabeth and how strong a woman she was. She sacrified so much to serve her country. I didn’t always agree with her but I respect her a lot for who she was

It is a bit slow at times but I’m one of the ones who actually really liked being able to learn about history as I watched this show. It’s very interesting and informative, I definitely recommend watching.

I’m not a big fan of the monarchy, but this is a very watchable series. Great performances, beautiful cinematography, and all the awards to match. Very well done. (Update: season five is some of the worst TV I’ve ever seen. 1-4 still great)

Beautiful, mesmerizing and brilliant. One of my top ten beloved TV series of all time. Went in knowing very little of British Royal history and left craving more. This series grabs you by your cerebral cortex and leaves you fulfilled yet unsatisfied. Superior sets and cast10/10🇬🇧

CANNOT WAIT CANNOT WAIT FOR S5 AHHH😭

This show helped me realize how much I don’t give a shit about the Royal family

"The Crown" reigns supreme! Impeccable performances, lavish production, and a royal narrative make it a crown jewel in historical drama. Each season captivates with its depiction of the British monarchy's evolution. A must-watch for history and drama enthusiasts.

it was okay

Bacano, compensa pelo bom acting e a diversidade do elenco, com o passar do tempo e sem me aperceber, tou a agarrado a problemas existenciais da piça, mas com algum tipo de compaixão i guess. Muito debatable too. Ah, and fuck the monarchy.

Uma serie muito bem construída e com diálogos de excelência
Bom último episódio, embora saibamos que ficou muito por dizer também

Compensa para quem tiver curiosidade e quiser perceber melhor a família real inglesa

Done to perfection. Showing the highlights of the British monarchy throughout Elizabeth’s reign

Por fin la terminé, the first seasons were the best tbh.

Incredible all around.

Porque si es la mejor serie del puto mundo después de La Que Se Avecina

Season 5 could not come soon enough. The Crown attempts to maintain as much truth and transparency as possible but naturally, doesn’t evade Hollywood dramatization. It’s dramatic and juicy, and educational, and doesn’t hesitate to show the nasty side of royalty.

For me, it became a work of art—not just a matter of events, scandals, plotlines, and the like concerning the royals 🤌🏻

An absolutely phenomenal historical drama! I learned so much about the royal family and grew to love them. I can’t even begin to give adequate accolades to all the many talented people who made this series happen! Superb acting, beautiful sets, the storytelling, the emotions, the history, the soundtrack is absolutely GOLDEN. Every single actor and individual should be absolutely thrilled with this art. I am forever changed. Best 56 hours I’ve spent!!

Queen Elizabeth was a legend! She gave her life to her country and reign! I’m so glad I got to live in the same timeline as this woman! Definitely want to meet her in the next life!
