I read a review of this show and noted the main character had melanoma. I then noticed a largish mole on my shoulder and booked a dermatologist appointment. A biopsy found irregular cells and it was removed. Can’t comment on the show’s quality but it’s a personal favorite.

I think I cried the whole 4th season. Such a beautiful show🩷

corny af 🫣 but sad

tough watch at times bc it is almost as foolish as it is full of wisdom. my mother had cancer, passed after 6 years of fighting cancer & the toll treatments took. my sister as well, but it took much longer. this touched on our experiences so well. broke my heart & made me laugh

This show completely broke my heart in the best way. It was powerful, emotional, and beautifully written. It made me laugh, cry, and appreciate life in a whole new way. One of the most soul touching shows I’ve ever watched.

I liked it and also loved it! It was sad and happy and it had you on the edge of your seat as well!! Wish the ending could’ve been different but it was kinda bound to happen from the beginning

The Big C is one of those series that really stays with you. It manages to balance humour and emotion in such a natural way, which makes it feel very real.

Laura Linney is incredible in it, you really feel everything her character is going through, and it never feels over the top or forced. Some moments are genuinely heartbreaking, but there are also lighter moments that stop it from feeling too heavy.

It’s the kind of show that makes you reflect on life a bit, and it definitely left an impact on me after finishing it.

Amazing show, somehow mixes comedy with sadness and anger. Hard subject to cover but the show does it well. A must watch imo

First season was the best, Paul is annoying asf, the last season is cute

So sad but such a great show

Every season besides the last one was so good! Funny, upbeat, loved the dynamics. On the last season it got quite bland so I stopped there
