Tbh it didnt really need more than 2 eipsodes, not sure what the resolution was, the charity scam is a brilliant albeit Machiavellian method of getting money.

This was interesting. Pretty chaotic in terms of the narrative, but you really have to hand it to these guys for pushing on this for so long.

Man, I wish we got to see the industry change or some repercussions for the police unions, but they were right that they wanted to expose the industry- they did that. Amazing to stick to the story for so many years & also so glad that Patrick didn’t die

There is a Scooby Doo vibe to the filmmakers’ journey but that makes it endearing.

The first episode was very interesting. A decent docu-series.. the last episode ending was bad, but i think it did its justice on exposing alot of these telemarketing scams

Very interesting documentary that not only exposes a bunch of fraud and corruption but also has great character development between the two main guys that are making the documentary

What starts out as an enthralling exposing of a corrupt company turns into an enthralling, unexpected deep dive into a corrupt industry and the powers-that-be who enable it. Hilarious, endearing and extremely bleak at times. Long live Pat Pespas. ✊

7.9 - somehow simultaneously shocking, depressing, & infuriating while also funny, fascinating, & easy to get through. Pat is a character you can’t help but root for & Sam has something special w/ people too. Could have been feature length but would be afraid of losing the charm.
