I recommend to anyone that had played and loved the actual game! It’s a short watch and provides nice a story that could be finished in a day or 2! ✨

As an adaptation, it plays things fairly safe. The tone balances tragedy and violence well, grounding the supernatural elements in personal loss. It works especially well as a gateway for newcomers, clearly presenting the Mishima conflict without overwhelming exposition.
