reality shows like this are so unhealty, dangerous and sad. Watching these ahows with adult eyes is honestly scary.

I like the show of different peoples challenges. I also like that they help people get better to the best of their abilities. Though I also think it is a bit humiliating for the people in the show. I didn’t end up watching all of it. But I loved seeing people get better. 7/10
