Sonic has no character development or any strong character connections and makes his interactions non-interesting. It feels he just exist to fight when Eggman comes to attack his friends.

Growing up I never realized how much of an impact Dragon Ball had in inspiring the world and characters of Sonic, but WOW this show emphasizes the inspiration heavily and I loved it. Sonic and Shadow are just Goku and Vegeta in hedgehog costumes 💀
The theme song will forever be iconic, I’ve been singing Gotta Go Fast since my childhood and will continue it always. A very fun rewatch, and now off to watch more Sonic and Friends 🥰
