Liked season 1, loved season 2. interesting plot, great character dynamics. Sung Jinwoo is one of the most humble and sympathetic main characters, big crush haha. Female characters are strong, nuanced and not too edgy as often displayed. s1 opening lives rent free in my head

I wish I could set this to ”ok” instead of ”liked”, because it really was just okay.

I liked the idea behind this show a lot, and at first it was actually really cool, and very satisfying. However as the show went on it became more and more, uh, offputting? Not to the point where I wanted to stop watching, just to the point where I started to consider it..

What I’m referring to is that the main character started to feel more and more like a self insert. The classic edgy cool guy that every girl falls in love with at first sight lol.. And I mean every girl, every single woman the main character comes in contact with in this show, instantly falls in love with him… It felt extremely unnatural, and at times creepy, considering there was times where the girls who would chase after him were literally underage…

The show had many good qualities, but these creepy parts of the show (the underage thing) bugs me and makes the show offputting. I can’t deny it’s good qualities of course, and the interesting concept, but if these weird parts don’t stop with the next season, I likely won’t continue watching it.

I like it and it’s a fun watch, but the story telling and character development is lacking.

Holy crumb bucket this is good. I wish I had more impact frames. As somebody that has attention span of a goldfish. I’m very happy with the balance of fighting and character development.
