wow!! this was deeply disturbing. the fact that the women were always at fault is what made me groan in the inside. i hope all of them get justice!

This is a horribly produced doc. It presents all Christian’s everywhere as evil and horrible people - very purposefully done that way. Do not watch this anti-Christian series.

Could’ve been a 2 hour TV special. (Meaning hour and a half without commercials.) Ep 1 felt pretty useless. Kinda interesting, but seemed like they tried WAY too hard to squeeze every drop of content.

Christian fundamentalism is a wild wild world

Very interesting to learn about the Duggers and what they and families like them have been put through. As a kid who was homeschooled and had nothing but positive experiences, it was a little weird to listen to them act like every homeschooled is secretly abused.

Honestly the entire s1 and s2 could’ve been a two part movie. You’ll be fine with just watching season 1.

Season 2! Shows why we need the separation between church and state! They used religion to abuse teenagers and young adults! Very interesting watch!

Wow. This had me internally raging. Cults are weird AF?

It was so eye opening, disgusting, terrifying, sad, frustrating, and heartbreaking. I highly recommend it.

The second season was so good. And the story is so f**ked up. But not at all shocking. And honestly religion is a cult and politics are a cult. Help us all haha

Liked the first season, loved the second, having some knowledge about Aquire the Fire back in the day, so it was interesting (in an unfortunate way) to see how extreme it was.

Pretty disturbing documentary, it bothers me that there are so many cults out there like this one that take advantage of children's innocence. I hope everyone who was a victim of the IBLP can somehow find peace, we need to denormalize abusive “religious” practices.
