Two episodes in and I’m bored. It’s a generic sitcom with a laugh track that plays every 30 seconds. Cast is so stiff and seem so uninterested in their characters and it shows. The jokes are mostly political, chauvinistic, degrading, or just unfunny. Not for me.

Amazing just amazing. I love Kat Dennings and Tim Allen is the best sitcom dad (and now grandpa). Can’t wait for season two.

This feels like a classic sitcom in the best way. The jokes are genuinely funny, the cast has amazing chemistry, and the generation gap between the grandpa and his daughter’s family makes every episode hilarious. It has the charm of the sitcoms I grew up loving.
