Scott Pilgrim Takes Off

This was an absolutely phenomenal adaptation of Scott Pilgrim. I doubt there’ll be a season 2, but if there is, I’ll love every second of it.

I binged watched this from the second it came out. Oh my god… This was so unexpected I cannot believe this is real. This show is so crazy and hilarious I need a season 2 now. Every SP fan and every cartoon fan needs to watch this. Absolutely iconic.

Amazing amazing ending episode! It’s therapeutic to see a Ramona Flowers story and seeing her embrace herself in the end after all these years (IRL and in the series. It’s a but too meta Ik Ik.) I see why they kept all of this hidden (including the first big twist) and it’s so worth it! This is a very well made, well thought out, visually joyful ride with several memorable and heartfelt moments to hold onto. This is definitely going to be a comfort show of mine going forward!

This is honestly so good holy crap. I love how its diff from the og one its so much better on this one. And th ending is PERFECT

i lowkey thought this was going to be an adaptation of the movie & i was pleasantly surprised that it was entirely different from it. i loved the animation, the focus on different side characters, and the fight scenes a lot!!
