Scott Pilgrim Takes Off

This was an absolutely phenomenal adaptation of Scott Pilgrim. I doubt there’ll be a season 2, but if there is, I’ll love every second of it.

I binged watched this from the second it came out. Oh my god… This was so unexpected I cannot believe this is real. This show is so crazy and hilarious I need a season 2 now. Every SP fan and every cartoon fan needs to watch this. Absolutely iconic.

Not as great as the live action version, but hey at least it’s still fun and quirky. The fight sequences were pretty cool and majestic. Even though each character was given spotlight, I don’t think it was as memorable as the first one.

Decent adaptation of scott pilgrim. The art style is weird but the animation is really good. You can tell the voice actors recorded remotely, in some episodes it sounds kinda shit. The overall story was decent but I wasn’t a big fan of the twist at the end 7/10
