Renfaire is a doc on the largest Renaissance fair in the world and follows a weird, unprofessional 85 yr old owner named “The king” who is figuring out his succession plan. Very very odd but well worth a watch. Highly entertaining. 8/10

Interesting for probably 1% of people but I am one of them

What an odd, odd man. I wish it had highlighted more of the weird festival. Reading up on it, blows my mind roughly 500,000 to 650,000 visitors every autumn..

Also some wild, sus stuff be going on in the 200-acre campground that is part of the property.

for this entire document series, I sat there thinking it can’t get any weirder right? and then it did

holy this was entertaining. binged all at once and i love oppenheims style. a very dramatized documentary but one that works very well in this style.

Some of it was interesting but by the end I was thinking what was the point of this so called documentary.

Quirky doc filled with weird characters. Would have enjoyed this more if they wrapped it up in a coherent way.

I would be this man’s sex slave.

Succession at the Ren Faire. This is stylized and fun and kept me engaged. I love the story and dude, the king is a creepy old man.
