Raven of the Inner Palace

This was soo good! I loved it so much. The art, character design, and plot are amazing. It reminds me of Apothecary Diaries which I loved. Definitely watch this if you like Chinese manhua, there’s more to this story than you realize.

I watched this cause it’s recommended as an “if you loved Apothecary diaries you’ll love this show” and although it isn’t bad as a stand alone show it doesn’t benefit from being compared to the other show. It would have been great to see a second season ngl

Animation quality is nothing crazy but i like how the mc actually has a backbone and can protect herself. Lore is constantly updating but well-written.
