Brutal... Beautiful... Brilliant!

A truly wild ride through the ages. Tartakovsky absolutely killed this show, and his work speaks for itself. The ability to convey such deep emotion without ever speaking a language we can understand takes great skill, and the themes this show explores are nuts.

Amazing show, never thought that I could enjoy something with no dialogue so much. It goes beyond “needless” violence and explains why sometimes savage violence is not only usefully, but necessary for survival

I’m so impressed! I don’t think I ever would have watched this if I didn’t get recommended. Being able to tell this intense and heartfelt story across 3 seasons with Spear and Fang without any dialogue is fantastic!

A brutally violent story of conflict, love, and friendship. Almost no spoken dialogue means this show relies on visual storytelling and does so quite successfully

this was great?! no dialogue in the entire show and yet you’re hooked for the whole thing. they should’ve ended it when he died though in my opinion.

pretty good, i love fang and spear’s bond.

Primal shines through silent storytelling. Spear & Fang’s bond feels deeply earned, built through shared pain & instinct. The raw animation & harsh setting amplify emotion. Even when the gore pushes limits, the series’ commitment to primal emotion makes it powerful.
