I've not seen many Peacock productions, and after watching 'The Copenhagen Test', I was unsure about this. Surprisingly, though, this was near perfect. Apart from a few issues with characters and logic, I was all in, especially for the '70s aesthetics. The soundtrack, the style, the cinematography, the ratio, the locations, the cars, the jokes, the plot twists, the romance, the spice, the casting, the eyebrows, and the camerawork. I'm no language expert, but Clarke's Russian was impressive, more so than her American. I hope there's a season two, or I'll be разозлён.

From the aspect ratio, color palette, scenery, the fits, the cars, the sets, and beyond it’s magnificent! Aesthetically a work of art. Acting felt genuine and brought the characters to life really well. My only complaint is that the story felt a little too boring in places and I had to give this a break. However, I came back to it and fished well. I’d recommend it.

07/10 🤷♂️❕i like it .. but…. This series is not particularly interesting or funny, but what bothers me is how wrong everything is. The main character (Emilia Clark) speaks a terrible Russian, so bad that it's even hard to understand what she says, however in the series they say she speaks so well that she fools KGB agents by making the believe that she's a real Russian.
Also, like every American movie, they show a terrible Moscow that doesn't exist: the city is ugly, people are impolite and even women are all ugly.

Urgh, great series that got cancelled too soon meaning it ended on a massive cliffhanger with a whole bunch of unanswered questions. I’d still recommend it if you’re happy just watching the journey, but if that kind of ending is too frustrating for you then maybe not.

Cancelling this show was one of the worst parts of my year. It was everything I needed, cool Cold War spy thriller with a phenomenal cast.

Great show and an “edge of your seat” plot but DO NOT WATCH if you can’t handle cliffhangers because some A HOLES decided to cancel this show after the biggest cliffhanger in any show 😀

honestly didn't expect it to end the way it did but it really is exactly what it says in the title. can't say I'm not sat for a season 2
