Surprised at how good it is, tho I can't say much because I haven't seen the original animation and I may never but this definitely makes me want to watch the animation (way better than all the other live action animes Ive seen)

The acting could’ve been more convincing but the majority of the show is pretty good. Of course not everything is 100% accurate but they did a good job compared to other live actions in my opinion.

I'm probably not going to finish this. I'm not much of an anime fan, but I decided to give this live action version a go. It felt just like how I thought a manga would feel. The acting and the plots and the dialogue and cgi and locations and designs were all spot on. I just couldn't handle any more repetitiveness, bright colours, loud noises, barbie type acting, and overdone characters. So, after 2 episodes, I had more than enough and didn't feel like watching anymore. I blame Netflix. The production is almost always like a stage play. Although, if I was an anime fan, I'm sure I'd love this.

Never watched the anime, can’t get into it due to the amount of ep. But I really really enjoyed this. It makes me want to watch the anime. One of the first ever successful live action adaptations.

could never replace the anime but it’s clear it was made with love and as a HUGE one piece fan, i was very happy with it
they changed and added a bunch of cool stuff while still staying true to the source and going all out with the insane character designs and i loved it

I really liked most things about this. It's a faithful adaptation and I loved seeing the characters I love so much come to life. However, how will they ever finish this with grace? How will they finance Marineford, Kaido's dragon form, or Luffy's gear 5? I will remain sceptical.

Wha an amazing live action adaptation of a manga. How it captures the vibe of the manga and translates it so well into live action. The little Easter eggs, perfect castings. THE FEELS. You ca really tell it was made by people who ACTUALLY love ONE PIECE!!

9/10; what a great show, and they really have been doing justice to the anime/manga, amazing work. Only issue is the nerfing? But that could just be because it’s early on and I’m later in the manga so I’ve seen them all stronger then they are now yk.

I feel like this series is underrated it's an adventure one with engaging plot and compelling characters it was so fun to watch it... I am looking forward to see season 2

Echt gut, kenn den Anime nicht, deswegen kein Vergleich, aber konnte mich noch an paar Figuren erinnern und top umgesetzt. Nice Charaktere, Bösewichte und Fights
Storyline ergibt auch voll Sinn
Fast Bock auf den Anime bekommen
