This felt like a high-stakes Battle Pride and Prejudice in the best way. Also I just happened to start watching it on Labor Day, which turned out to be extremely fitting.

what a sweet little show. 🥹 i absolutely tore through this. its my favorite kind of enemies to lovers: austere, frustrating, clever, and soft. never mind that every other character and plot line of the series was great. i will be recommending this forever.

This was recommended after I had watched Seeking Persephone. Sadly it didn’t even compare. I found it to be dark and depressing. This is one I won’t be recommending.

Très peu de scène du couple, trop déçue, pourtant ils étaient cute.

I really enjoyed this show. The slow burn romance was great and it was very interesting to see the societal divides during the Industrial Revolution as opposed to the Regency era I’m so used to seeing.

This has been on my watchlist for a while, glad i finally got around to watching it, loved the character development, it did in four episodes what many other shows struggle to accomplish in 4 seasons 😭

If you like Pride and Prejudice and all of that Jane Austen’s theme… trust me, you are gonna love it
