The deliberate care they took when handling her physical and emotional abuse and neglect should be an example for anyone trying to create this kind of content. I know some people found the Mc annoying because she couldn’t stand up for herself, but it’s important to understand 1/3

UGH IT WAS SO SO CUTEEEE, I felt many emotions watching it, the animation was gorgeous, the plot was solid, wholesome relationship between the MCs, the depiction of aftermath of trauma was spot on, i could go on. Defiantly one of Netflix’s better releases (1/2)

Love the way he just handles everything and how she’s trynna be better regardless of everything! I mean, we all kinda knew she is gifted and it’s better than the others but I didn’t think it would be something so cool. Can’t wait for more episodes

A really sweet story mixed with some action and angst.
The characters were engaging and down to earth. Along with the animation and art being very well designed.

Overall I really enjoy it looking forward to the next season, 7/10

At first I thought it was okay but now that I look further into the anime(bare in mind I read the manga originally) it actually helps to make the story mor intense as when you read the manga you already HATE the half sister but when you watch it you HATEEEE that girl (WATCH IT)

Beautiful Anime,
It kinda feels like a Japanese Cinderella story but now with spiritual powers and ghosts and with the political and cultural addition that the spiritual powers bring, giving it a nice and complex twist to there Romance.

Je sais même pas pourquoi j’ai regardé jusqu’au bout c’est une des choses les plus gênantes que j’ai jamais vu de ma vie. Le doublage et horrible (la traduction aussi 😭😭) déjà s’il vous plait pourquoi les méchant c’est des « grotesqueries » mais?? Le gars il se fait attaquer ça 😭

I don’t know why but the main character whatever her name was just pissed me of. She had no spine like plsss stand up for yourself

This show really warmed my heart and had my emotions all over the place. Their relationship in this anime is just addicting! Can’t wait for another season!

Arigatoooo, my first ever anime !!!
So soft and gentle (I mean the anime lol). Even though I didn’t really see ms in the main character, it was really calming to watch.
Why do I find the male lead so endearing…? New weirdness unlock I guess haha.

i honestly tried to like this since i have a habit of not watching slice of life romance anime and leaning towards mainly shonen, but oh my fucking god i actually can’t stand miyo lmaooo her power is garbage but somehow she’s coveted by every man in a 15 mile radius?? please
