*Loved* this. Was a big fan of American gladiators as a kid and if you liked it too you’ll love this. Amazing editing, footage, music, animations, everything. Perfectly done by Netflix!

I’m a sucker for nostalgia. This was a dope look at one of my favorite shows as a kid if you ever watch the show I highly recommend this one.

An amazing story of American Gladiators told by the producers and the Gladiators themselves. I had no idea how badly these athletes were treated and paid! A really great documentary on a show that took America by storm and then was gone just as soon.

Very interesting to find out what they signed up for and for how much. Read your contracts people!!

Didn’t finish

Fun look into a childhood memory. Loved the animations. Classic corporate greed snuff out. Insane how tough they had to be.

I don’t know if I’m into the Nostalgia But Actually It Wasn’t That Great genre especially at the padded out Netflix runtime. I get enough shame looking at my YouTube history.

I loved the show growing up, and this five part docuseries hit all the right nostalgia buttons. Great behind the scenes stories, history of the show, and showcasing all the debauchery.

Loved this show as a kid and this doc was so well done. 9/10. Giving it a 9 because one of the episodes seemed to repeat the episode before it.

Never watched the American version, only the UK. But still just as interesting to see the nostalgia and backstory of this show. Brilliant 👏
