This is my new favorite thing. Love how they explore marriage & relationships alongside their tumultuous espionage adventures. Insane chemistry that’s complimented with charming wit. A fantastic weekend binge and wish we had more Donald Glover in media 🙌🏾

Definitely different than the movie. More serious and dramatic, but that makes it good. It’s boring at times for sure, but there’s something about it that keeps you interested in watching two strangers interacting in a relationship without knowing how it’ll go.

I wanted to like it but it was boring and the characters were VERY annoying. This may have been easier to get into if it wasn’t considered a remake, it really didn’t have much to do with the movie so it could’ve just been a show about an irritating couple of assassins.

It was better than I thought it was gonna be 😂

Please watch this not thinking of the original. I Go into with an open mind because you won’t be disappointed. From beginning to end it will have you locked in. This was a great series. The movie will always be a classic but the series is just as good.

trash. if u go into this thinking it’s a spy thriller, you’ll be sorely disappointed. wayy too many long stretches of unnecessary, cringey, and dry dialogue in an effort to make u ‘get to know’ the characters and all it does is waste your time, increase the desire for action (which u hardly fucking get), and rock your feelings back and forth, confusingly, not done well. disappointed bc guest stars went crazy. but i’m not finishing this shit, yall should skip it too. 1/10

I feel pain having to rate this, I wanted to love it! But I found each ep worse then the last and couldn’t have given less of a 💩 about John and Jane by the end of it😭

NAHHH that’s how season 1 ends NO WAY 😭 good show! Episode 6 and 7 were slightly boring to me but all the others were great and the guest stars were a treat lol my favorites were episodes 1 and 8. I really hope there’s a season 2

9/10. Need more shows like this, binge worthy

I’ve tried to force myself to finish this but then I realize why!?? I don’t like it so why try to watch the other 5 episodes. This is one awkward ass boring ass version of Mr. & Mrs Smith I’ve ever seen. Please keep Donald away from revamping other solid projects

Gonna need a season 2 right nowwwwww. So good. The truth serum scene was perfect. Love both of the main actors, and Sarah Paulson made an appearance?? Perfection. Usually I’m not a fan of action based movies but this was a perfect balance between romance, comedy, and action

Maya and Donald are just phenomenal in this. The dialogue is so simple and real, to the point where it feels like I’m intruding into their private lives. The action was awesome, the comedy on point, and the heartfelt and heart breaking bits are so well placed. I love this so much

Pretty entertaining, but it brings nothing new to the rookie spy genre. They focused more or less on a mission per episode, but they felt rushed most of the time, and we didn’t really get to see the development of their relationship outside of some main points. I think they could’ve benefitted from stretching the story out more

Love a doomed romance. They were both so fine in this so idk watch it if you like spies and hot but toxic couples. It was kinda really boring at times but bro that finale episode 😩😫😫😩 literally amazing. I’m starting to really love tv shows that take place in nyc cause there’s just so much different stuff you can make the characters do it’s so fun. I love cities. I wouldn’t say it makes it to my all time fav tv show list but it’s still pretty great. I like it a lot better as a limited series and kinda hope they don’t do another season sorry 😬. It’s super pretty to watch too. I didn't expect to love this show. The interactions are so realistic that I feel like I am intruding in a private moment. The action is great. The characters are realistic and fleshed out in a way where you just can't read them completely. Like real life. Totally gonna rewatch it
