It’s giving Epstein meets Jeffrey Dahmer. Crazy how the legal and medical system just let him slip thru the cracks. Someone’s gotta investigate Dr Chu and the DA and anyone else who helped encourage Billy into his criminalistic lifestyle.

This was a wild story. Very interesting and well made documentary.
