Never knew X-Files had this spinoff & it feels like a spiritual predecessor to Criminal Minds. It bridges gritty profiling with eerie undertones, blended with supernatural apocalypse themes and Lance Henriksen delivers a great performance as Frank Black.

The first and the second season was such a great seasons but the third season was disappointed

I used to prefer this show’s darker tone over The X-files, but it fell apart towards the third (final) season. Millennium was about Frank Black, a retired FBI profiler who was working as a consultant in serial killer cases. I absolutely loved it.

Loved this show when it first aired on tv, my introduction to Lance Henriksen who should be doing more along these lines, a stellar actor who’s completely underrated. So disappointed it ended without really wrapping up properly, not sure it would hold up to today’s expectations
