Masters of the Air is perfect. Start to finish I was blown away. Never have I experienced a wider range of emotions. Episode three specifically is something I will never forget. My only complaint is that I couldn’t enjoy it for longer.

the score!!! i watched the credits every episode just to listen to it. this was p well done cinematographically. chemistry between butler and turner is PALPABLE!! such an intense onscreen partnership. wish we had more of the tuskegee airmen than just the last two eps tho

Good characters and acting.

decent show. the missions were done so well. music was phenomenal (crazy intro lmao). really enjoyed buck and bucky’s friendship. some scenes’ context were kinda confusing. cheating storyline pissed me off tbh idc if it was accurate. timeline was manageable enough to follow.

I really appreciate Hanks&co for making this. I only wish this came out years earlier so that the vets who were there could appreciate this. It starts off a bit slow and gets better towards the middle. Highly recommend!

wow, i just had to imagine myself in WWII. a rollercoaster of emotions, the writing is amazing, austin and callum both incredible performances. last episode was something else. only complaint was the cgi was mid, but incredible watch other than that. 9 / 10

Wow. My father-in-law was Navigator of B-17 “Quittin’ Time” in 351st Sqn. of the ‘Bloody 100th Bomber Group’. Survived the war after 35 missions like those depicted in Episode 1. Watching this is eye-opening.

I don’t think I would’ve gotten through this if o wasn’t working on a sewing project and watching this in the background. It’s very PBS documentary vibes which is truly and totally fine, just something I’d watch just to watch

Hands down my favorite World War 2 series I have ever seen. One of the most moving and truly intentional series. Absolutely destroyed me. Obviously we knew it was devastating but this made you feel the devastation.

Sad that it sat in my queue for almost 2 years before I actually started watching it. Best TV series ever

Overall the show was okay, it had amazing visuals and sound, but I struggled a lot to follow and connect with the story. In particular, the combat scenes, with the masks, it was hard to follow who was who
