Marvel's Luke Cage

There are excellent performances, lots of engaging references and the odd good scene or line, but overall it lacks substance, reality and grit.

Loved the world building: culture, history, music (except score from the 1st season, awful!); loved the actors but the villains were weak and the show dragged a lot with unnecessary dialogue. Had they spent as much time on a good script as the ambiance it would’ve been a banger.

6/10

Underrated show with solid music, and great characters. Most likely top 3 in the defenders series

Nice

Was sure between the lowest 2 options but I’m going to go with “Meh” because Iron Fist was even worse as far as the Marvel shows of that era went. I wanted it to be good but it just wasn’t.
