Absolutely fantastic series! Someone who enjoys history, I found some points of view surprising and as much as I know about the Civil War, there’s always little details that we forget or look. Great actors! Totally worth the binge.

I was bored at first but then it got interesting enough that I liked it. Historically it’s on point but as usually the book is far better. Acting was decent however I could see others doing better for Lincoln and some of the other characters.

I really enjoyed this series as I love this era in our nation's history. It was one of the best overall shows I've seen in awhile. The acting was really good as well as the cinematography as it really captured the feel of the Civil War times. Both Menzies and Boyle give great performances as Stanton and JWB. I thought it did well in showing how JWB thought of the killing of Lincoln as well as the troubles it put our country through. If you're into history, this is a must watch and if not... it's still a damn good show!
