Man on Fire Reviews

Not-so-great acting and poor writing. Man on Fire (2004) is on of my favorite movies of all time and this show was pretty buns.

A lot of it was overacted and there were major plot-holes. The show also lacked identity and direction. Many scenes were increasingly dramatic and serious and then randomly we were given scenes that were unserious, playful, and just highly inorganic. Bummer

Quit after episode 4. Was meh🤷🏼‍♀️

Really good remake.

A really good watch.

Up there with Denzel

Started off enjoying it but lost interest towards the end

The show is full of outstanding citizens by the amount that they were snitching. In all seriousness, this was a great show. I love all the characters, even the redeemable one, won’t name him. The story is packed with action, they were moving smart and CRAZY. I just found out that the movie version exist. I don’t know how good that one is, but as a standalone show, this was great. I doubted if 7 episodes was enough but unlike most limited series, they made it work extremely well. This is worth the watch.

Fantastic series I hope there is a follow up

Great show, exciting, mostly great plot, some bad writing was the only thing

Fine

Great

a great action series with good emotional beats as well.

incredible acting and show, setup perfectly for a season 2, can’t wait!!

Get action movie. Takes you on a journey really quick and unexpected.

7/10- I liked the series. Great plot, good action but I don’t understand why the supporting actor are way better actors than the 2 main actors lol

Watched this w/ my mom and we both enjoyed it, for me it was a TAD BIT predictable for an action series but still real good

Incredible. Action packed and it’s so good.

It was entertaining. Really didn’t steal much from the movie besides the names. I liked that while it’s open for more it revolves this storyline since Netflix cancels everything.

really good action. didn't see vico being my fav character 😂

Quiet nice really
