I think this is a great adaptation of the little house series, well acted and family friendly, (which is hard to find nowadays) I accept it for what it is and try not to compare it to the original series.

i actually love the deviations from the original series; the modern sensibilities are necessary in this political climate. in fact it could’ve been woker lol. made me cry a hundred times. i’ve been craving a reread of the books so this came at the perfect time. i hope netflix continues to give my favorite childhood classics the anne with an e treatment

It good.

“ I like the way you see the world”
This was a great show. The land seemed very peaceful and the side characters were good. I liked the family dynamic and how all the problems felt pretty real. The ending was very sad though.

Other than that I rlly relate to the little girl- how she’s more into “manly” stuff than girly activities & how that makes her different- as well as her close bond with her father due to that, her curiosity and braveness

It’s alright, not very good acting but alright

This was such a good adaptation! Everyone is so well cast, can’t wait for more seasons!

Kids have the most innocent souls

Very slow moving, characters aren’t particularly likeable either. Scenery & cinematography is beautiful though. Maybe just need to have seen/liked the original show. Given up watching it after episode 3. Episodes are way too long.
