Utot Ka is "meh" on
Kanon
The anime is alright, it was a little boring though and there are parts that I don't get, a lot of plot holes, in fact it has many flaws. In my opinion, I like AIR more but the animation and pacing is a bit better as there are more episodes. KyoAni learned their lesson I guess.
