Not your mom’s anime for sure. Great characters and unique premise. The Japanese voice acting is incredible and the variation in animation styles as the characters show different emotions is absolutely stunning. The story is interesting with squid-game-like gambling competitions. It’s far from wholesome but it’s a whole lot of fun.

I watched this show in the corona times and then I thought it was extraordinary. But now… ehh. When I first watched it I remember that my favorite character was Ryota, and now…. How!!! He is so goddamn annoying, and so are half of the characters. But still 6/10 stars
