Love this series! Everyone should watch it, I don’t know why it flew under everyone’s radar. Phenomenal acting and storytelling about the beloved and larger than life, Julia Child. I am so mad HBO Max cancelled it before the third season.

Julia was a lot spicier than I thought she was growing up. I see you sis.

If anyone has read Julia’s autobiography and watched this garbage…they will immediately notice the untrue story. If it weren’t for Lancashire’s very good performance, this would be absolutely unwatchable. If you are really interested in Julia Child watch “Julia and Julia”.

told her story beautifully.

I got to episode 3 and then I lost intrest. this should have been a movie. the only reason I gave this a go is solely because of Sarah Lancashire and she did not dissapoint, but the boringly uninteresting and realllyyy simple plot is just TOOO long to bare through.

Halfway through this show and I’m loving it. It’s refreshing seeing an older unconventionally attractive couple work through their relationship as their fame increases. Haven’t seen the Meryl Streep movie, but I’ll add that to my queue. 9/10
