This series is an absolute gem. 🤩 HBO really knows how to make outstanding historical docuseries. From beginning to end, it delivers an excellent story, stunning cinematography, and well-researched historical documentation. I highly recommend it if you’re as much of a history nerd as I am.

I can still hear my history teacher's commentary in my head.

Admittedly, Episodes 3 & 4 are a bit of a slog, and Charles is a bastard, but all-in-all this is a great though at times biased look at the founding of the United States.

Freely admit this likely isn’t for everyone - but thought Pauly G was a terrific Adams and I really appreciate American history pieces. Wish there were more of these types of miniseries with A/A+ acting out there

A great one to watch in advance of July 4th. Also, fun to see Hamilton presented as a preening kiss-ass with imperial visions to balance out the musical’s glowing portrayal.
