Love Aleeza’s approach to matchmaking and she’s got such a fun, lighthearted personality that doesn’t add pressure unlike a certain someone (*cough* Sima 👀). Lots to clients and they’re all over the place. If you watched millionaire matchmaker growing up - watch this.

As a Jew this was both hilarious and frustrating to watch. Felt like I had met every dater previously in my life. They hit a lot of the not ideal jewish archetypes (paranoid, nerdy, etc) but hey that’s a lot of us I guess lol. Will watch a S2.
I liked Indian matchmaking more!

5/10 I didn’t feel like the time was balanced enough for all the couples, I kept wondering what happened to this one and wishing the others were not even there. If you’re looking for something quick to binge it’s okay. Definitely not as spectacular as I had pictured it.

A great look into how religiousosity and spirituality plays a strong role in dating. While it never follows a single character/person long enough to provide any sort of catharsis or resolution, the look into their life, their religion, and their wants is interesting and engaging

Like Indian matchmaker, but Jewish. Ngl I think tinder can do the job just as effectively but to each their own. Atleast the show is fun to watch

Was super excited about it but S1 wasn’t as engaging compared to Indian Matchmaking S1, didn’t really get to know characters that well

I love matchmaking shows and this one was pretty good. I love that it gave me a bit of knowledge of the culture. The matchmaker carries the show well. She’s just funny enough, just serious enough, etc.

Eh. A bit boring but I finished it bc I can’t leave anything unfinished.
