Jentry Chau vs the Underworld

PLEASE anyone who is thinking of watching this show, please do!! It was soooo good. Had me laughing & crying. It does an amazing job touching on some sad subjects. This show needs more appreciation!!

Really wanted to like this one,
the art style, charecter designs, animation, and voice acting are all great...my only issue really is with the main charecter, Jentry, she has more bark then bite and it makes her feel more like a plot device when she dosent stick to her word

Actually makes good gen z references, not too cringe. The action and tension are well balanced with emotionally impactful scenes, the usual tropes are presented in a fresh and unexpected way. The cultural references are also well done, as far as I can tell. Awesome series!

as much as i would love a season 2, the ending wraps everything up perfectly
