why did that thing come out of the women’s vagina

the last two episodes really made this a love. cinematography was amazing, acting was so good. love how it really ties into the movies.

The first 3 episodes gave off so much potential. HBO's Stranger Things without plot armour, or so I thought. I love the score, casting, locations, aesthetics, and stunning wide-shot cinematography. The CGI, though? It makes the jump scares and so-called 'horror' seem like a cheap comedy. I mean, Pennywise himself feels like an everyday circus clown. Episodes 4 and onwards, on the other hand, feel like a different show altogether. The backstory execution is poor, but what gets me is the overall lack of sense behind most of these scenarios. It's not as memorable as I hoped, and I don't see myself rewatching anytime in the future.

Although some writing in a couple episodes wavered, this series delivered way more than I expected. After rewatching chapter 1 and being underwhelmed, this improved virtually every aspect, with some incredibly satisfying moments and great character storyline payoff

You can feel the love behind this series: every detail is carefully crafted, the CGI looks great, the horror is fantastic, the characters are endearing, and Bill Skarsgård is outstanding. I loved the connection to the films and can’t wait for episode 2.
