Danmachi is one of my favorite anime series, this side story fits so well into the first season that I recommend watching the original series up until the start of episode 11. beware this series feature post credit follow up scenes that lead into next episodes

I love this anime! It’s harem-focused, and Bell’s development constantly surprises me. The fights are intense, the plot is captivating, and I highly recommend it. A solid 9/10 from me.

I recommend watching it after watching season 1 of the actual series. This is a great series to just relax to and get a bit of the background of the sword princesses side. It does mostly take place during season 1.
