This birth mom is a BADASS! She said “it wasn’t unsolved, it was uninvestigated” and she meant that. Nothing would’ve came to the surface if she didn’t dig deep. She put her daughter up for adoption at 16, and then when her daughter was 14, she went “missing” but was actually killed by her adopted dad who cut her body up and buried her in their backyard and when they moved, he DUG HER BODY UP AND MOVED HER WITH THEM. The birth mom saw the backyard graphics changing and said “my daughter’s back there” and she was so right. A mother’s instinct doesn’t go away. Not to mention at the end, the adopted mom gave the biological mom half of her ashes. I understand it’s better than nothing, but that biological mom deserves her daughter back whole. This story hurt my heart and this mama was so strong. 10/10

SPOILER! Absolutely loved this and Cathy is genuinely one of the biggest SLAYS ever , her character is just incredible you can almost feel it and I hope the love she gets from telling her daughters story lights that fire further inside her. Ps Brenda Rot in hell x

It’s very sad but as a crime documentary compared to other ones out there it’s pretty boring - probably should have been 1 hour 15 min episode vs 2 hour plus ones. The 2nd episode is way better than the first.
