Invested in seeing where this could go even if it feels like it has cliche tropes, a love triangle, and is a mediocre workplace comedy. Have a feeling Hulu might cancel this so not going to get attached.

This show was so good!! I cannot wait for season 2!! There better be a season 2! I binged this in one night! I laughed, cried, and self reflected 😊 I also loved just witnessing this type of representation as a main character and she did an amazing job! The whole cast was great!

Background tv with a pinch of life lesson vibe. 3.5/10

I like Rothwell getting a starring role. Has some sweet moments and a few funny ones. However wasn’t around long enough for audience to really bond with other characters

It was an okay watch, can easily sense that it didn’t have enough to produce more seasons. It was a good try and Natasha is a cool actress!

I’m absolutely effing obsessed with this show. I’ve never been so immediately pulled in before the first episode is even over. Acting is spectacular. It’s funny and also gut wrenching and I watched it all in one sitting. I will fight to the ends of the earth for this show.

Couldn’t get into it - DNF after 2 episodes

I almost didn’t watch because I know it was cancelled but was still a decent show to watch during lunch. For sure am left wanting more.

I like this actress for her lively performances, but she was much funnier in Insecure. I wanna support a black woman’s show, but idk if I’d love this if she weren’t in it 5/10

This was such a fun and lighthearted show to watch! I binged it in a day and am so sad that it was cancelled! I laughed out loud multiple times throughout the course of the season. Highly recommend.

Kind of cheesy but Natasha Rothwell is such a great writer I really enjoyed this. It felt real and corney all at the same time. But would recommend.

You can’t give me that ending and expect me to wait for a second season, I need it now 🥲
